Hi! We are Marian and Andrew

Welcome to Our italian adventures

Our names are Marian and Andrew and we are an American couple that moved to Italy in 2020/2021 during the  COVID-19 pandemic.

We used to live in San Diego, CA but decided to sell the majority of our belongings, leave the rest, and move to Italy.

We were determined to make our dream of living abroad a reality.

We are currently living in Pisa, a beautiful Tuscan city famously known for its leaning tower.

Wally is our small, yet wonderful dog that we adopted in California (check out his page 🐕). We love him more than words and he is the namesake of our blog.

We are avid weekend warriors with a side of ‘let’s stay local today’. 

We walk a lot.  We don’t have a car, so the train, walking, and biking are our go-to. 

We are looking forward to sharing our journey with you! ✈️
